OVER HALF WAY
The weeks are flying by this prep and I’m still feeling pretty good. I’m just ticking those boxes every day and just getting on with it.
It’s definitely helped having so many of us in prep at the same time, everyone is in the same boat and when one struggles we are all there to offer support which is amazing!
I’ve ordered my bikini this week but still not picked my song for my routine, well I did but then decided I don’t like it so I’m back to square one with that.
Training is going well apart from a little niggle in my knee which I’ve had on and off for a while but seems to be at its worst at the moment so Dan has altered my training on leg days. Still feeling pretty strong, dropping reps here and there but overall still maintaining well which is a good sign. I’ve started training at 6am now which works better for me as I feel I don’t put in 100% after work in an evening.
I feel like I’ve made good progress so far, just hope it doesn’t start to slow down too much now. Just over 8 weeks to go!
