It’s been a busy couple of weeks but nothing major to report really.

I’m just over a third of the way there now and I’m noticing some good changes in my physique. I’m in that phase where I feel skinny fat.

I’ve dropped 20lb now since the start so I’m really pleased with my progress so far. I’m not really feeling it either yet which is good as I know it’s coming so the longer I can hold off feeling like death the better.

Sleep hasn’t been great this week which has a massive effect on energy and mood but I’ve got through another week and I can hopefully catch up on some sleep tomorrow.

I’ve finally picked a song for my routine, I now just need to start building it out. I always leave it til the last minute and regret it so I want to make some progress with it over the next couple of weeks.

Still not picked my bikini! Every time I start looking I get interrupted or sidetracked so I’m going to dedicate some time to that this week too.

All in all I’m feeling pretty positive and being surrounded by so many others on the same journey this year is really helpIng. The gym is buzzing every time I train and everyone always asks how’s it going and it’s so nice to see everyone taking such an interest in what you’re doing. It just spurs me on and makes the whole process so much more enjoyable 😊
