Had a busy couple of weeks getting everything ready for Clean Eats opening tomorrow so time has flown by. I’m feeling pretty good about everything that’s going on at the moment, still not really feeling like I’m in prep yet which is great. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be saying that when I’ll be on my feet for 12 hours solid everyday from tomorrow but I like a challenge.

Weight is down again this week so overall I’m down 8.4lb which is still just about on track for my 2lb per week drop. Cardio is now at 45 mins so I’m going to have to start getting up even earlier to get it in before work at 7am. 

Last night a few of us got together to practise posing which was fun. I don’t think people realise how hard it is! It’s something you can never do enough of so I’m going to start adding 10 mins posing to my upper workouts for now to make sure I’m 100% happy. I still need to pick my music for my routine too so I can get started on it.
