4 DAYS IN...
Yesterday was my rest day so nothing really to report. Still had cardio and I’m making a conscious effort to keep steps around 12k everyday at the moment which is achievable.
Feeling pretty good, training legs again tonight which will be brutal but it’s also my favourite of my 3 lower workouts so hoping to make some more progress whilst I still can.
Thought I’d be feeling the drop in calories by now but so far, so good. It’s weird to feel hunger again after so long of eating so much. I thought I might struggle yesterday with it being a rest day and calories are lower but just kept myself busy and didn’t feel hungry at all.
My friend Laura and I did a little bit of posing yesterday and I think it’s safe to say I’ve gained some muscle which I can’t wait to see once all the fluff has gone!
I need to decide on my posing music, it’s a 60 second routine to music of your choice so any recommendations will be appreciated. I need to pick something soon!
