LEGS ARE TOAST!!!

Had the most brutal leg session today. I am not sure whether it was because I pushed myself that little bit more on leg press as the first movement or if the 3 days and 3 million steps around Disney last week have battered me.

Had a great session but I have never taken my quads to that point before, I literally could not walk properly. I think my sports massage tomorrow will be a tad painful!

I am still progressing sessions but I am finding that I am getting beat up more now and recovery is more difficult. I am on a little bit more protein with my new diet though, so this may help.

Tomorrow is push focused upper session. No pull compounds at all now until Saturday.

Today I hit 4 PB's... now I should explain that when I state the number of PB's, that is going off the data on my workout log app. It classes more reps, more weight, more volume and a better 1RM as a PB, so today I progressed in reps on GHR and progressed in weight, volume and 1RM on the standing calf raise.
